EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We want you to love your items from The Signature Shop but understand that sometimes items need to be returned for various reasons. We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase if the item is in original condition with tags still attached.

Please allow 7 business days after receiving your package to process your return or exchange.

You will receive an email notification upon processing your request. Allow an additional 7 days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit statement. We do not refund shipping charges. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns.

 

LOST PACKAGE

We ship via UPS, which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
